This Sunday (September 17), we are going to start a new “regular thing” during worship service.

Ministry & Counsel invites everyone that comes to Sunday worship to bring an item or two with them that can be donated to local helping organizations. Some suggestions are listed below.

Each and every Sunday, our youth will come around during the worship service and collect the items brought in that day by members of the congregation. They will then sort the donations and put them in bins for transport. Once we get a nice stockpile, we can take a field trip and deliver them.

Ministry & Counsel thinks this is a great way to nurture a habit of generosity in each of us while providing an opportunity to our youth to have a hands-on helping experience.
